I went to Allure Salon first on 29th November 2025 for Hydrafacial. It was a very disappointing appointment, I was not happy at all with the beautician neither with the results of the treatment. I have had hydrafacial done many times and I could clearly tell that it was not the same treatment I experienced before. I felt very upset and expressed myself to the receptionist/manager Emma. Seems I was given a very inexperienced stylist. I don’t want to be mean to her but the salon shouldn’t be charging the full price if this is going to be the situation. I can see small bits of my hair that hasn’t been coloured and the colour isn’t exactly what I asked for. Sorry but I think it’s important to be honest
