Booked for a Brazilian and we even discussed the shape of the landing strip (how big, shape etc) at the start of the appointment, but Tye ended up taking it all off so I left with a Hollywood. These things happen, however the wax itself is very patchy and not well done

I booked with Jaz but she was not available so I was waxed by a new waxer. LOTS of areas missed, a Hollywood includes everything but i had to specifically ask for some areas to be done despite it being included in the description. Unfortunately not sure I'll be returning since Eevee left :(

There were lots of areas missed and I was badly bruised, by the time she asked if I was okay I just wanted to leave. Meant to be a hot wax but strip wax was used
