The lash lift didn't work and when I complained they basically gaslit me into saying that I didn't have enough lashes to make it work (even though I've had many successful lash lifts from other places). The products they used were clearly bad quality. When I complained she did offer to try again but the second didn't do much either. I emailed to ask for a refund and I got no response. Very disappointing - would not recommend for a lash lift.
