We had a haircut today with Charlotte and Lorraine. They were both welcoming and exceptional. They carefully listened to what we wanted. The end result was much better than what we imagined. Highly recommend!

Wasn't Charlotte even though that's who I had booked. She had someone else with a cut and colour at the same time so guess they were prioritised for being a higher paying customer. I got the owner. He's fine but after a bad haircut elsewhere I wanted Charlotte. They didn't even mention it outright. I should have said something but wasn't feeling great

Love my haircut, Charlotte knew exactly what she was doing and remembered the details of what I asked for. Considering how thick my hair is, she was very capable. Will happily return now that I’ve found a decent hairdresser in St Albans.
