The massage was great and the masseuse was warm and friendly and put me at ease. However, the room felt a little dirty, things like there was a used coffee cup on the side. After the treatment I did have to ask for my coat about three times and would've liked to be offered a glass of water due to the nature of the massage. All this said, the treatment itself was brilliant.

The massage itself was great. Just a couple of gripes... My appointment time was re-arranged by the salon (with only an hour notice). I wasn't allowed to have what I'd booked and paid for (an hour back, neck and shoulder massage) - I was told that this was only a 30 minute treatment so either had to cut my appointment short or have a full body massage.
