I always love my visit to Allerton as I know what to expect and Kamila always gives the best treatment.She is so very professional and knows how to get those knots out and to make you feel relaxed.Best place in Leeds!

I can't fault my visit to Allertons. The staff were very professional and friendly. They made sure I had everything I needed for my 3 1/2 hour treatment, even offering to go and and fetch something if I was hungry etc. Lee fully explained the treatment and the products he was using at every stage of the treatment, and had enthusiasm for what he was doing, which gave me a lot of confidence in him. He advised me fully on aftercare and wrote up all the instructions I needed. He even made time to cut my hair (which I hadn't booked) and really listened to what I wanted.
As for the treatment, despite following the aftercare to the letter and purchasing all the recommended aftercare, the effects haven't lasted all that well. My hair looked great for the first wash, but after a couple more it's now almost back to its prior condition. I suspect this is more down to my hair than the treatment or application, but a little disappointing after spending £250 in total. That said, I would certainly consider it again before a holiday or big event.
