Ladies' Haircuts
I don't usually have massages but I had pulled a muscle in my shoulder. I really enjoyed it, I felt relaxed and comfortable and after my massage felt like I was walking on air. I had the best night sleep in a long time. Thankyou so much for making me feel whole again :-)
Back, Neck & Shoulders Massage
The experience was fine, and the manicure good but the salon called at 08:45 saying they couldn't accommodate me at the scheduled time of 10:00. They said I could either go at 9:15 or 3:45. The person I spoke to on the phone was rude, as if she were doing a favour rather than asking if it were possible to rearrange or cancel. I selected the first and when I arrived no more than 5 minutes late, two staff members commented on how because I was late they would have to use a different room. Then the manicurist commented on my being 5 minutes late three further times through the appointment. While everything else was fine, this made me feel very uncomfortable.
