I arrived for my appointment only to be told that I had no appointment booked - despite receiving a reminder notification from Treatwell on the day of the appointment. I was unable to have the service that day and left empty handed. Very disappointed in the lack of communication between Treatwell and Alkali. If you are booking an appointment with this clinic through this app make sure you call the clinic the day before to confirm your booking to avoid this situation.
