I felt under pressure as the dentist was more concerned with my other teeth and to persuade me to have more work done instead of doing what I originally went in for. The procedure itself was very quick and was not done thoroughly. I was told it’s finished after about 10 minutes and it should have lasted 30. After I left, I examined my teeth and was still able to see marks and stains where the dentist did not remove. I will not be returning.

I haven’t been to the dentist for a very long time because of my fear of teeth pain but I have had a good experience at the clinic. Dr Soneji has been very gentle and clearly he has many years of experience. I would definitely recommend the clinic.

Booked the more expensive 1 hour session, with a dental check, xray, and clean.
Ended after 25 minutes and was quite dissapointed in the clean. Didnt floss or anything really, and only polished the front teeth.

I paid for a High Gloss Polish which includes a classic hygiene plus teeth stain removal ( from their description ) but I got a 10 min cleaning done ( removed my tartar only ) instead . The doctor made me feel very uncomfortable, calling me “baby” . Is this even normal ???? I just wanted to run away !!!My advice is to avoid at all cost .
I will take this further .
