The dentist Joanna was fantastic - I can’t fault her and will definitely be back. However treatwell and the salon hadn’t communicated and the receptionist told me I owed extra money as the price I’d paid through treatwell was wrong!?!? I literally had to show my payment confirmations and felt a bit like I’d done something wrong by booking through treatwell (i had deliberately done this as treatwell we’re offering a “last minute” discount which the salon didn’t know about) - this ended being quite embarrassing and I was a bit put off.
The dentist was great! However treatwell/Salon communication as often happens was messed up so I had to change the time of my booking and ended up communicating with the salon directly which isn’t really the idea...but the treatment itself was great so I can’t complain as because I had a discount voucher I got this at a very good price :)
