The manicure was generally good and I’ve visited the salon before leaving satisfied. However, it was clear that the technician wasn’t willing to help me with the nail art I requested or even to pick a nail colour. They were also condescending and clearly annoyed when I offered feedback on how I wanted the colour or shape and also were clearly commenting on myself and other clients with their colleagues.
I’ve visited this salon before and I was very happy, but that experience will make me have second thoughts next time.

Two weeks after my appointment 4 of my acrylic nails fell off as if they were press-ons. As i chose normal colour, I sat by the dryer for 15-20 minutes with no one coming and checking on me. The whole appointment felt very rushed and service disappointing, nails were uneven and I had to use nail file at home to make them look neat
