Amy didn’t do my nails, another employee did. Everything was fine but at the refil stage one nail has been filed more to the left then middle. Told the nail tec but he kept saying it looks straight to him it’s definitely not straight. Apart from that one nail all was fine.

I’ve been here twice - my nails last long (2 weeks+) but I find the staff to be quite careless. E.g. when they removed the previous one, they made my nails really thin and the first time the shape of my nails were ugly and uneven, even after I asked them to correct it. I ended up filing down my nails at home straight away. But overall it’s not terrible and it’s not expensive so the value for money is okay.
