I'm afraid that this was the second time my mani work is subpar. They're too busy to pay enough attention and I felt that the technician didn't care to do a good job at all. They're saving on product and time, which means that we didn't soak off for long enough and now I'm expecting my nails to break

Pedicure was pretty average. Deffo left some hard skin on my feet and the experience included a very odd and painful leg ‘massage’ (not foot). Have been here for a few shellac manicures which have been totally fine. Not sure I’d go back for a pedicure tho.
