I am unsure if the lady is trained. She did not wash or brush my eyelashes before applying, was rough applying tape. When finished she had to separate my eyelashes from the tape, this was painful pulling them with tweezers. She then tried to apply more lashes with my eyes open. This was painful and I asked her to stop. I asked for cat eye shape and classic lashes and did not get this.

The first time I came for this appointment it was amazing. I rebooked for today 14/10 and it was a very different experience. A different lady and it felt really rushed and once I got outside I looked and nails were messy on the edges and the white tip is way bigger painted on than last time. I called and they said I could come back but unsure if I will. A shame as the first time was amazing in September x
