Was made to wait 20 minutes before Alex asked if I was getting a wet or dry cut. I said I would prefer wet and to only take off an inch but he began cutting my hair dry and cut more than an inch. Totally erratic and held the scissors very close to my neck, unlike any haircut I’ve ever had. Was very keen to leave and disappointed with the result.
