I had a wash and blow dry and awarded it 4 stars. Very nice salon and hair nicely done. I would recommend this salon to friends.
I booked to have eyelash extension treatment at 9.30 in the morning but the salon was shut and no one turned up until half an hour later. Despite this frustration I decided to persue with the treatment but was told after waiting in the salon for a further ten minutes that the beautician wasn't coming and that they would call me if they could get through to her. The whole experience was unpleasant and unprofessional. I finally had to call the beautician who then never replied to me. The whole experience was really bad. It may be cheap, but you get what you pay for. I also saw a cockroach in the salon which was pretty revolting. Wouldn't recommend if you want a nice relaxing or pampering experience.
I was very late to my treatment and the staff were still happy to accommodate my booking, google maps gave me the incorrect information as to where the salon was. The beautician was great she tried to make me feel at ease and as less painful as possible, I felt very comfortable and happy with the treatment after. I would recommend this salon.
