Appalled by the service. Had to wait 25 mins to be seen. The hairdresser was obviously taking more bookings than he could handle and had no receptionist to kept having to leave me and greet people. I had pre paid for a 45 minute appointment and I was there for 25 minutes because he did everything at super speed and had another customer waiting. The actual haircut is not very well done. When he was blow drying my hair he kept bashing my head with the brush. When he washed it the water was cold then hot, but mostly cold. And at the end he had the cheek to say give me good rating yeah?
I like the haircut I got very much, it is exactly what I asked for and that is most important. However, I am not used to the way my hair was treate. I felt like it was a bit agressive and there was a lot of pulling while washing and cutting it. The personnel is very kind.
The experience didn't start out great with nobody being there when I arrived for a 9.30 appointment... the team arrived at 9.50 after a phone call to Treatwell.
The actual hair cut and colour was fine and I was happy with the final product.
Room was very small and cramped! Other than that Carla was very nice and good.
