Alems setting was very clean and very calming with a diffuser and massage bench that made it all feel very zen . She was so very professional and polite and really helped me feel calm even though the wax can be painful. I definitely recommend her to all local people and she gets extra tips from me for how friendly she was and all of her PPE !

I had a Hollywood wax at Alem's yesterday and it was perfect. Alem was lovely and welcoming, setting relaxing and really good value for a hot wax which is usually very expensive in London. I would highly recommend.
