Absolutely terrible service. Appointment was booked in for 4pm and I had to wait 1 hour. Staff do not speak English well either which was clear when I had to pay at 8:30pm. The receptionist overcharged me and then she tried to refund me and failed as she charged me instead. Then she had to get 2 staff members to help her out as she didn’t know how to do it. This all took 30 mins which meant I only left to go home at 9pm. Appalling service.

I didn’t like the lady who was doing my hair. She couldn’t speak English, it was very hard to communicate with her. Also I had to tell her what comb to use and how to wash my hair at the end she has left me with a treatment on my hair. I had to ask someone else at the salon to wash it off.
At the end I was blow drying my hair by myself.
Terrible from start to finish.I paid £41 for a blowdry with what took 90 minutes and it was absolutely terrible.Frizzy and straight on the ends.I complained and the receptionist said “You should have paid more you had a junior whose just started she’s not experiencened!” A guy colleague tried his best to go over it but it was static/flyaway and needed washing again due to so much product and spray applied.They talk Italian to each other constantly and I also found this extremely rude.My hair is awful and what a waste of 2 hours of my time...Would not recommend here whatsoever.
