I was booked with Alessandro and paid accordingly, but surprise another guy came along Antonio. He seems professional at the beginning.. then one finishing , he did not seems to understand colouring or what I want to achieve . Even though I show him photos of what highlights I wanted to achieve Caramel Blonde on brunette.. it should not be that difficult.. even I show him how all my root are dark and I want to lift my front hair colour .. he was egotistical, refuse to admit that he got the wrong

Service is really bad. I wasn’t going there often and won’t come again. The administrator wanted to charge me twice. The stylist didn’t know what he was doing and I had to guide him through each step.

I booked a relaxing massage but it was really painful, asked few times please to have a more relaxing and easy touch. My shoulder hurt

10 stars to Antonio and Mike for their work but 0 stars to the way AC randomly give you treatments without asking or telling you how much it’s going to cost. They tried to charge £59 on top of the £350 I already paid on Treatwell for “toner” claiming they charged it to me last time (what?). They also charged £5 for the cappuccino. I’ve never been to a salon that charges for coffee. They’re great at what they do, but I won’t be back after this experience.
