Lovely place, really nice decor and quite a chilled out vibe, love the owners passion for using recycled materials! Staff are all cheery and genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs and not a bit of gossipy chat going on anywhere, makes a nice change! There was some sort of mixup with my appointment and who would be taking it, the reason given for it was completely vague and I'm still none the wiser as to what the problem was. But ended up having Caitlin as my stylist and she was spot on. Really friendly and as it was my first time in the salon she was asking plenty of questions about how I like my hair, how it normally sits etc etc. Great service thank you! Will certainly be back.

The staff in this salon are really friendly unlike other city centre salons I've been to in the past where they seem to think they are too cool to make an effort with you. The service is faultless and Lee went above and beyond giving me some great advice but without pushing products onto me.

Booked in for a big bouncy blow dry for a function. Greeting at salon was good. The girl shampooing was good although missed the back of my head/nape of neck. My head message and hand massage were lovely. After first 5 minutes it was clear the technique being used wasn't working. The stylist then reverted to tried and tested method of GHD curls. Not what I had asked for! Some unasked for back combing on the top of my head and I was done.
I am sorry to say that the finished result looked terrible. The pain of the pulling of hair when blow drying and curling with GHDs was excruciating at times. I was not happy at all with the finished look and took kirby grips away with me to try and pin it up myself for the function.
It's such a shame as the salon itself is very nice. The staff were nice and helpful but I did not have the time to let any of the staff try and fix my style. I am sorry to say I will not be returning nor recommending.

Gorgeous place, lovely staff and quality products. I really enjoyed my visit, but unfortunately didn't leave with the hair colour I asked for... Too much toner used and while I was told how to fix it at home- I would have preferred if it was fixed in the first place. But the staff were lovely and I appreciated their helpfulness!
