I had booked with a specific stylist and was seen by a different girl, who was very nice and I was satisfied with what she did but I felt an explanation would have been nice as to why I was getting a different member of staff. Otherwise the haircut was good, the girl was very pleasant and helpful, and I had no issues - the assistant that gave me shampoo though was probably still learning and I had lot of water splashing over my eyes and she kept pulling on my hair a bit too tight, but you could see she was doing her best and she was otherwise very sweet.

I had a haircut and balayage done. I asked for a straight cut with front layers and a cool tone blonde balayage. She did exactly as expected, very professional and the results are great. This is the 3rd time I visited Alchemy and I will definitely be going back.
