I would have awarded my visit no stars I'll explain why. I arrived for my appointment to be told that it was cancelled due to staff illness. These things happen, but I was extremely annoyed that no one called me to cancel. They insisted they had but I showed my phone to show that I had no calls, missed or otherwise. I have a special event to attend so this was extremely upsetting. The receptionist kindly called a couple of other salons but I couldn't get an appointment. In the end they gave me a complimentary blow-dry, it still didn't make up for not calling me to cancel. Its a shame because I think they would have done a good job of my hair.
