Hi, I’m Ricky, a Soft Tissue Therapist, Personal Trainer, and Martial Arts coach with a passion for helping people move and feel their best. My journey into soft tissue therapy began during my years as a personal trainer and martial arts coach. I loved helping my clients and students achieve their goals, but I often felt frustrated when injuries or physical setbacks prevented them from reaching their full potential. That frustration drove me to deepen my knowledge and train as a Soft Tissue Therapist, specialising in addressing soft tissue injuries and dysfunctions. It was a game-changer for me and for the people I work with. I quickly realised that the benefits of soft tissue therapy extend far beyond athletes. Whether it’s short-term pain or long-term discomfort, so many people can benefit from hands-on treatment tailored to their unique needs. Today, I specialise in a range of therapies, including Sports & Remedial Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Classic Swedish Massage, Holistic Massage, Myofascial Release, and Indian Head Massage. Each session is designed to help clients relieve pain, improve mobility, and restore balance.
