Made an appointment and reached before time. Despite that, they accepted to do face threading for someone else after i reached which meant i had to wait 20+ mins and finished later then I wanted to. Fatima is friendly and thorough. I like her and her work. But the salon often makes me wait for ages despite booking an appointment and it is quite pricey.

Not a great washing technique. Parted my hair wrong, even after reminding her that my hair did not part in that way, she continued to cut, so ended up very wonky. Someone had to take over to finish. Talked in another language to eachother throughout
