I had a good experience and would go there again if the prices are good. But being a non Muslim customer and not Arabic, I didn't enjoy the music or prayers in the background. It'd more appealing if there was neutral music which everyone can understand and enjoy

I always come to this salon as the staff are friendly & knowledgeable however sadly on this occasion I did not have a good experience. I explained to the stylist how I wanted my hair done and that was all fine BUT when I mentioned that a bit of my hair needed correcting & I wasn’t happy with it she became very abrupt and walked off leaving me looking at my hair in the mirror. I was felt to feel very uncomfortable. Eventually she came round to sort it but I left feeling unhappy at the situation
