Antonia is passionate about people and their well-being. She can offer sports massage therapy. Interested in massage from a very young age and passionate about helping people, Antonia trained with Sports Therapy UK at their BeActive Clinic in Hertford in 2017. She is fully certified through Sports Therapy UK and also VTCT. Antonia has massaged clients at sporting events such as the London Royal Parks half marathon and demonstrates, at every opportunity, her eagerness to help improve health and quality of life.
