Amazing experience with Lana at the AI Skin Clinic!
She was professional, incredibly patient, and made me feel at ease, even though I was quite fidgety. Lana kept checking in to make sure I was okay and adjusted the settings whenever needed to ensure I was comfortable throughout the session. The clinic itself was spotless and very welcoming. I really appreciated her calm and caring approach.

Been coming here for a few years now and Anisa is always great with her friendliness and explanations. New staff members today who were helpful and good at the treatment taking her time and explaining everything. Lana I think is her name.
