Never had the treatment as I went for a thread vein laser and they severe burnt my skin, no after care provided and now they ignoring my calls and email. Very unprofessional I had a deeply disappointing and upsetting experience at AI Skin Clinic during a thread vein treatment. The procedure resulted in burns to my skin, which I have documented with photos. I raised this issue with the clinic and requested a refund, but my messages have been ignored. While the practitioner is also the owner, I was surprised to learn that she had brought her 1-month-old baby to the clinic, who was being looked after by other staff in a separate room. While I understand the challenges of childcare, this raised concerns about focus, professionalism, and safety standards, particularly in an environment offering treatments involving lasers or needles. The lack of aftercare, responsibility, and professionalism I experienced was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience, and I urge others to proceed with caution. Reputable clinics should prioritise client safety, hygiene, and proper follow-up — none of which I received.
