Fantastic experience at the salon, very COVID secure and appointment was great. She really listened to my haircut requests and recommended many hair treatment ideas and plans I could do in my own time. Highly recommend a visit and I will be booking in the future!

The place is nice itself - clean and tidy and the staff is friendly. However, I know it’s post-lockdown and all but my Hollywood waxing was fairly painful and wasn’t baby smooth. The amount of “baby hair” left over was too much and I haven’t shaved nor waxed 3 weeks before the treatment. Although rose did try to help at the end with tweezers but it’s still not smooth enough in my opinion. It also took exactly an hour which is 4 times the time I usually have for the treatment.
