I’m truly delighted with the high level of customer service I’ve experienced at BF Academy. Anissa was very accommodating when I was running a bit late for my haircut. Upon arrival, she guided me through the products she was using whilst washing my hair. It is visible that Anissa cares about her customers and she is highly skilled at her job. I felt safe as her salon was clean and she was wearing the appropriate protection attire.

Had my eyebrows threaded. After 4 months of no threading, was keen to keep thickness that had grown back. BF Academy gave me lovely consultation to understand what I wanted and provided recommendations too. Really happy with my shape, definitely recommend.
