My hair was blonde when i came in,i got my toner done,it was purple,not only a little but fully purple with patches all over my hair.I told the hairdresser,she just said it looked beautiful and didnt care that my hair wasnt bright blonde,it was purple.I told her multiple times but she just tried convincing me its beautiful although it wasnt.Afterwards,she tried charging me £65 while i booked for £45, in the end she let me go after paying £55 althought thats not what the price was meant to be.
