Booked for a Hollywood wax, which you'd think would involve removal of hair from the entire intimate area; and this is how I've been booking Hollywood waxes for many years.
However this is the 1st time where I was asked to pay extra for the backside - which according to Ahdia is standard extra £10 (it is on their leaflet tbh).
I think Ahdia needs to clarify this on Treatwell, as this is false advertising on the website. The wax itself at the front was good otherwise, if that's what you want

My arrival was a surprise, 10 minute wait to warm wax up and not sure the lady who did my leg wax was trained. Lots of areas missed. Disappointing, wouldn’t book again.
