The experience was a bit uncomfortable, atmosphere not very friendly and judgey, felt anxious. The wax wasn’t very good. A lot of missed spots. And then spots appeared and was painful

DO NOT BOOK! They are a total rip off. Say on the website pay in advance then make you pay at the venue, saying you only paid a deposit. They lock you in so you can't leave without paying. The venue is in front of a demolition site so all you can hear is loud construction work, it was freezing cold inside and the treatment was terrible. Didn't even thread the middle of my eyebrows and the tint made no difference. Avoid avoid avoid.
