Had to wait around 15 minutes after my scheduled time but they did apologise. This was my first wax, my waxer was kind and friendly. As it was my first was I would have liked a bit more reassurance but I was asked every now and then if I was alright. However I wasn’t given any advice on aftercare and there were a few hairs left over on my upper thighs and around other areas - though I appreciate I came in with hair a bit longer than is the easiest length to wax. The facilities felt clean
