The staff are lovely. However the toilet was dirty with no hand towel. The towel on the massage bed (which was actually just a chair reclines) was stained.it’s also not a real microdermabrasion,just a pen type tool you can buy online. But the facial massage&steam was v pleasant. The massage needed more pressure and I thought it was unusual I wasn’t asked to turn over as at other massages. Lovely staff but needs a clean and better timekeeping.was no water or refreshment offered before/after. :)
