Like overall result but asked for an eyebrow wax, not a thread but after waxing my eyebrows, she threaded them without consent, after she initially tried to persuade me to get a thread. You should respect the customers wishes.

Really loved my first visit to this salon and they welcomed me, despite getting lost on the way and being 10 minutes late! Such kind and friendly staff and the therapist who did my treatment was lovely and did a great job. Thank you so much - I will be back :)
