Sumita was great - She explained the procedure and how to look after my skin post microneedling. I was quite nervous as this was my first session, but she reassured me that the procedure would be fast and always asked if the pain was tolerable or not during the procedure. She took before and after photos which will be used to track my progress. She applied hyaluronic serum and then fanned my face to cool it down (rather than put on a cold compress). I’m looking forward to having more sessions to see some improvements in my skin.

I didn't expect half the time of the head massage is focusing on the back. Got interrupted by another customer as there was only one staff in the morning. The venue was nice but I might not going back again.
