Booked for my mum and she enjoyed it however when I called to inform them she'd be coming and not me, I was told there was no booking in my name and my mum was nearly at the venue. When she got there she was told there had been a double booking and to come back in an hour, that wasn't great but overall ok experience.

I got this for my mum for mother’s day. Despite the receptionist being a bit short, my mum had a lovely time and was really happy when she came back. Unfortunately a few days later my mum has developed a rash.

The eyebrow wax treatment was great, Sandra was friendly and welcoming. She combed my brows and then waxed them, and made sure I was happy with the result before leaving the salon.

Sumita was great - She explained the procedure and how to look after my skin post microneedling. I was quite nervous as this was my first session, but she reassured me that the procedure would be fast and always asked if the pain was tolerable or not during the procedure. She took before and after photos which will be used to track my progress. She applied hyaluronic serum and then fanned my face to cool it down (rather than put on a cold compress). I’m looking forward to having more sessions to see some improvements in my skin.
