After I have paid my full payment they asked me to pay again for nail removal fee which I didn't aware about it (did not see it on Treatwell that customer need to pay for removal). While I was talking to the girl who did my treatment then another her colleague walked pass by and rudely say just charge her £5 and that's it. Well done you just lose a potential loyal customer. Will never go to this salon again.
