I booked two treatments on the treatwell website. I called on the day to confirm it was for two different people. I then received 3 calls from different people asking whether it was for one or two people and telling me they changed the time of the treatment. I also asked over the phone whether I could redeem a treatwell voucher in the salon and they said yes. Having spoken to three different people all telling me the same thing. After the first treatment I was told I wouldn’t beable to use the gift card therefore had to pay cash.
