The treatment was great, and the staff really nice. After a mix up, it was established that I was the next client. So, perhaps a clearer style of communication, in asking my name and what time my appointment is would have made it five stars.

The gel manicure was fantastic. I had an issue with the telephone staff - they called me to confirm my appointment and it was a different day and time than I booked! They changed it for me, and the new time wan't convenient. They couldn't refund me so I had no choice but to go to the new appointment or lose my money. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. The lady who did my manicure was someone else and was fantastic
