Cat really understands how the muscles in my back work and what needs fixing, and knows how to fix it. If I tell her about some recent problem I've been having, I find that she's already aware of it.
I walk out of our massage sessions with a straighter back, and feeling an inch taller. My general physical health has been improving, and I now feel younger than I did when these massage sessions started.
