I had a deep tissue massage with Laura. Even though I was late, she still gave me my full hour and was extremely understanding of my tardiness! I have an issue with my shoulder, which I'd raised ages ago, and she and Kat take (and clearly refer to!) notes on each client so that they can follow-up with these needs to offer a tailored massage, which I find really helpful! Definitely would recommend.

Laura is a great professional with good customer service and massage skills. She had very good attention to details, is caring and friendly. Atmosphere in the room was soothing and relaxing, both music and light were spot on. Bed was heated to a perfect and towels were clean.
The room itself could do with a bit of cleaning as there were oil marks in the wall and quite lot of dust on the floor.
