I wasn't informed that I needed to avoid using my trtinoin for 48 hours so I couldn't get chemical exfoliation done thus my facial was incomplete. Atmosphere wasn't relaxing at all, door was slightly open, treatment was ok. Not worth the money

This was my first time doing a Hydrofacial...I had read a lot about its effects. However, I dont feel such a difference in my skin. After one day of the facial, my skin is back to being dry and rough...it doesnt feel like i have had a facial. There was no black/white head removal also involved. The time duration mentioned was 1 hour however the facial was done in 45 mins. The therapist took my face picture before the facial but not after as before/after looked the same.
