Not worth the money- made to feel like I had interrupted the staff on a girl's session. They didn't even know to expect me as the man running their website/bookings was out shopping in the mall. I was berated by the nail tech who said that I "should have booked a manicure first, to treat old nails". When I pointed out that that is usually included in a gel manicure anywhere else, she told me off and rolled her eyes. I was then chased out of the shop for payment when I had paid online when booking

No real customer service. Once I got into the shop the waxer started to walk away without saying much and I just assumed I was meant to follow her into the room. Once I was in position to wax, she then tried to up sell me which I didn’t find appropriate. The wax job wasn’t great and there were hairs left behind which I had to deal with myself. Once we were done the waxer just walked out of the room without saying anything. I wasn’t even sure if we were finished or not...

The experience wasn’t quiet relaxing giving it was a ‘spa pedicure’. It felt very rushed and was rather harsh. It was definitely painful at times and I don’t feel like the lady was putting her full attention into it. She was nice enough but very rough. I will be finding somewhere else to go for the future. The pedicure itself is ok, not the best I’ve had.
