Staff are lovely and friendly. I felt that my treatments were slightly rushed, expecially the manicure, i had a quite a bit of nail polish on my skin which i had to then remove myslef when i got home. Overall a nice experience but would have liked the team member to have taken a little more care.

Usually the lady who does pedi wasn't in and the girl wasn't very good. Stop trying push buy 5 pedi and 1 free on me 3 times she tired plus attention to detail on feet was not good

The massage room was very clean, and I enjoyed the relaxing music. I liked that the person giving my massage did not talk throughout the massage, as this added to my relaxation, but their manner on the way out could have been friendlier. All in all, it was a pleasant experience, but I'm not sure if I would pay that amount of money for the same treatment again.

Nails chipped after one day. Not happy I was made to pay £10 for shellac removal, when I never usually do at this venue. Not happy with nails as they are chipped and messy.
