Such an amazing experience. The ladies who did our hamam were so friendly, kind and couldn’t do enough for us. Loved all the steps of the hamam and the girls were very professional. We also had tea water coffee biscuits available. The massages were so relaxing in a beautiful duo room - Oxanna and Ayla were 10/10 and would highly recommend. Venue is clean flawless and everyone is welcoming!!

The spa is aesthetically pleasing and has a warm, cosy feel to it. The lady who gave me the Moroccan Hamam was exceptionally attentive and welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed my scrub. However:
1- the foot spa was non-existent, and this should be included as part of the luxury spa package.
2-the products used for the Hamam, have a very strong ‘Henna’ odour, which lingers after. I would recommend using a softer and sweeter scent.
3 - I think the masseuse could do with some more training.
Relaxing Massage
The staff were lovely, however I don’t feel I got the full Royale Hammam luxurious experience, No tea was offered, I didn’t feel relaxed, my hands were left out of the treatments after the first scrub, a paste was applied to my feet it was in no way a foot scrub, my body did not receive lotion application at all, and it felt a bit rushed.
I’m unsure if it’s because I booked a late evening slot. Nonetheless, I will return to try again and hope my opinion can be changed and a better experience
