I repeatedly told the therapist to stop because my nose was extremely painful, but she continued. I was left with a skin injury that burned and peeled for weeks. I’m a healthcare professional and have never experienced this after any facial treatment. The aftercare was appalling. I called 9-10 times, was promised a refund, reimbursement for the healing cream and a call from the manager, but none of it happened. I would not recommend this clinic.
