The lady doing my treatment was lovely but unfortunately left my eyebrows half done due to childcare issues. After the dyeing and waxing process she left me to fill in the gaps on my own brows. This also wasn’t a surprise issue, I booked my appointment at 2.30 and she said she had to leave at 3.10. She should have blocked that time out on the app when I booked if that was the case.
I also think it’s unfair that the treatment is offered at £22 down from £30 on treatwell when in fact the treatment is only £20. All in all, I feel shortchanged.
